Our Church Youth Fellowship comprises both Boys and Girls members who meet every 2nd Sunday after the service. They have Praise and Worship Session followed by Testimony and the Lord’s message given by a Believer in Christ. This time is effectively utilized to discover the gifts of the members, develop their talents, and use them for building up of the Kingdom of God. Apart from this every Saturday at 6.30pm the youth boys are gather in the Church to have their fellowship.
Ephesians 2:22 says, “And in Him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.” God has continued His work in building them to be the Youth He desires!
Purpose: Bring the youth into a relationship with Jesus, connect them to God’s family, mature them in their faith, and equip them for ministry so that God’s name will be exalted.
They love to Exalt God! Worship is their central purpose! Psalm 92:1 says, “It is good to praise the LORD and make music to YOUR NAME, O MOST HIGH…” They lead the Praise and Worship in the Lenten Days Convention.
God has given them His gifts to serve HIM. Every year, they as one body in Christ, involve in Church celebrations and help in decorating the Church during festival seasons. During Harvest Festival they have Youth Stalls such as Games and Eatables to raise funds for the Church. In addition, they actively participate in various Out Reach Programs organized throughout the year. During the Christmas Carols the youth participation is commendable.
With the immense heart of the youth, the members are actively participating in the social services like visiting the Orphanages, Old age homes to meet their needs.
Our youth team keeps themselves equipped and trained to participate in youth retreats conducted by various other Churches.
Now the youth fellowship is leads by Mr. Selvakumar, PC Member (Youth)
